We created the Cantonata Express chain in 2014, with our first outlet opening in Panorama Mall Pleven. Our Scrociarella pizzas are made using a new specific technology with sourdough coming from Rome. In 2015, we also opened Cantonata Express in Mall Varna, and in the fall of 2018 it was the turn of Cantonata Express Center Pleven, where, in addition to „Scrociarella“ pizzas, we also offer our new gourmet grilled sandwiches.
